No, this hair cut is so good I can behave like a totally normal confident human being and go 'Aw, thanks very much'. Because it does look good.*
Last time I just made an appointment out of the blue - there are discounts for newbies! This time I had an Itison voucher so made use of that. I'm already booked in for a return visit! Which is saying something because I've not exactly been loyal to any hair salon in my life, but, seriously guys, I think I've found the one. Next time I may be thinking about a colour as well as cut because I'm getting a bit long in the tooth for the old chemist own-brand dye. Box dye may give great colour, not it's so great for the health of my hair. Also it's makes my bathroom looks like a promo for Green Inferno.
The salon itself is lovely, a very nice place to be in while getting your tresses spruced up. They cater to all kind of hair types. It has a fresh wooden vibe and all the staff I've encountered have been great. You also have the option of a complimentary hand massage while your hair is being done which adds a nice bit of luxury to proceedings.
Anyway, that's my hair chat for the day! Really loving the length so planning to keep it short for a while and stick with signature auburn colour. Excited to try and recreate some 1920s/30s and possibly 1960s hairstyles!
*my first hair cut with Anderson's also looked very nice, just this one is a more dramatic change and is really nice!
