We were meant to go in December with another of our really good Itison voucher deals but our cab was a no show and we missed our timing. In a way this worked out better as it meant we had a really nice dinner at the point in the month before pay day where we are living of lentils and I get most of my basic energy and protein from my pure unadulterated hatred of TV perfume adverts.
Now, Rockin' Roy and I enjoy our lentils as much as the next person who can't budget properly, but fancy cheese fondue and a bottle of wine is essentially witchcraft.
Really tasty stuff in there and the hot chocolate was made with proper dark good chocolate - possibly the best hot chocolate I've ever had in Glasgow! I also had my very first ever tiny French macaroon courtesy of K&J which was delightful. I even managed to save it until we got home.
